House Rules & City Regulations

Palm Springs has strict vacation rental policies, and all guests must agree to the following:

• No outdoor music at any time, per city ordinance.

• No parties or large gatherings.

• The home sleeps 6 guests maximum, and only 6 overnight guests are allowed. Additional daytime guests are welcome—please inquire for details.

• Pets are allowed with a small pet fee.

• No smoking, no drugs, and no parties.
  

Extended Stays & Filming

CBPS is available for longer-term rentals and can also be rented for photoshoots and filming, provided the proper permits are in place. If you're interested in an extended stay or a creative production rental, reach out for details. No Commercial Photography is allowed without written permission.
